What are the possible methods of payment?
We offer the following methods of payment: Transfer, IDEAL, PayPal and Creditcard.
What are the delivery costs?
Within The Netherlands the delivery costs are €4,50 ex VAT. The delivery costs to adresses outside of The Netherlands are automatically calculated in the ordering process. No delivery costs are calculated for orderings above €100,-.
How can I cancel or change an order?
When you would like to change or cancel an order, this is in many cases still possible, Herzog Medical should be informed before 13:00 on the day the order has been made and it is only possible if the order has not been send yet. We advice you to cancel an order by call, so we can take action faster.
When will my order be delivered?
Herzog Medical always tries to send the porder within one working day after recieving the payment. Usually the product will be laying on your doormatthe very next day (location outside of The Netherlands takes longer). Because we are dependent on the delivery companies, we cannot give any guarantees on the delivery times.
How can I exchange or return a product?
Not exactly what you expected? It is possible to return or exchange products within 14 days after buying. conctact the customer service (email@example.com ) to exchage a product. The poducts have to be unworn and send back in original packaging.
What is the life expand of Herzog Compressionsocks and -tubes?
In case of proper use and maintainance the Herzog Compressionsocks and -tubes keep their optimal action for about six months. The guarantee term is the same period.
